DIY Hemp Twine Wish Bracelets. A really sweet easy tutorial from Happy Hour Projects here. From Happy Hour Projects: The idea behind a wish bracelet is that you make a wish, and tie it on.  Eventually, the hemp wears out, and you will lose the beads.  Which sounds sad, but when this happens, your wish is then “released” and is supposed to come true.

DIY Sisal Rope Bowl by Centsational Girl. Inspired by David Stark Rope Bowl. It’s funny, I’ll go right past a tutorial and go, not for me, then come back to it and see how great it is. This happened here. It began cropping up on other blogs, then this morning I see that a blogger did her own version etc… Kate’s inspiration was a David Stark bowl no longer for sale at West Elm. Her super easy tutorial is here. I’ve been wrapping rope, twine, and whatever I find around the house around cans and cut off plastic tubes forever and everyone always thought I was brilliantly crafty.
