DIY Easy Draped Chain Headpiece Tutorial from Minted Strawberry here. The only difficult thing about this tutorial is that a drill was used for the holes in the wooden stars. Use office brads or scrapbook brads. You could even “paint” the brads with nail polish but I like the brass look. These would make cheap, practical and yet personal gifts.
