DIY Candy Colored Studded Bag Tutorial from Say Yes To Hoboken here. Don’t these studs kind of remind you of those strips of dot candies? I would not make the pouch/bag because I am lazy and you can buy them so cheaply - and after all, you are just covering up the fabric with studs. I would also look into glue on studs and I’m sure certain people will tell me if they would be sturdy enough for a bag (or use puffy paint if you want a really easy DIY).
