DIY Creepy Porcelain Doll Head Night Light Tutorial from Mark Montano here. This is so easy to do and as Mark Montano explains, using a porcelain doll head with glass eyes allows the light to shine through. *This would go well with my posts using doll parts: DIY Unique Doll Arm Jewelry Display here and Natasha’s Baby Doll Parts Coat Rack here.
DIY Silhouettes Make a Haunted House. Yes, it’s been posted and is now on the DIY Popular Board (by someone else). But this collage done by Pink and Blue here is fantastic! I posted just the house earlier here explaining how many downloadable PDFs there were etc…
DIY The Ultimate Haunted House Using Silhouettes. 3 PDF downloads for some of the characters like the zombie, chainsaw and headless person. Lots of great up close detailed photos of windows. Found at Craftzine here.
DIY Pumpkin with Lots of Nails. Winner of extreme pumpkin award in 2008 at Extreme Pumkins here. Not much to explain - pound in lots and lots of nails into a carved pumpkin. Great pumpkin site.
DIY Head in a Jar. Totally awful and creepy - but it’s Halloween time! Tutorial from Dabbled here. Not as hard as it looks AT ALL. She used laser printed slick heavy paper (or go get a cheap color copy at the store - just don’t use inkjet printer) with a flattened 3D type of image (go to the site - she has examples of the type of face you need). Great effect!
