DIY Fimo Air Light Clay Rosette Bracelet Tutorial from Gloriously Chic here. Gloriously Chic lists three rose making tutorials for how she formed the rosettes (by hand - not using a mold). I was also really intigued that she used Fimo Air Light Clay that doesn’t require baking. In the comments she wrote that the clay is pretty sturdy. She also got the sheen on the roses from using nail polish.

DIY Prada Inspired Rhinestone Wrapped Polymer Clay Rose Earrings Tutorial from Chic Steals here. Other sites have done the dangly version of the Prada Rose Cabochon Earrings, but I really like these ones. Also, this excellent tutorial shows you how to make the polymer clay roses with a mold and I love how she writes:
Place the mold onto a piece of foil and fold the foil over (to prevent fumes throughout your oven).
