Suggestions needed for restyling White Polyester/Cotton Blend School Shirts

Hi, I’m 16 and and I’m leaving school in a few weeks, which means no more uniform! :) However, this does mean I am left with a lot of old white school shirts, some of which are a bit worse for wear, or do not fit anymore. Do you have any advice for what to do with them? Re-styles would be best, as I’m going to Sixth Form soon, so I’m gonna need some new clothes. Thanks !
More Info: And these shirts are 65% polyester, 35% cotton according to the lable.
truebluemeandyou: I had some ideas - but dye and other possibilities won’t work well with a fabric that isn’t 100% cotton or silk. First thoughts are adding trim, tee shirt transfer paper iron on designs, etc…

I know my readers must have really good ideas. Help?
