DIY Easy Recycled Cassette Tape Purse Tutorial from Grinsebacke here. Krazy Glue, zipper and an old cassette tape are all you need for this project and she even uses the extra tape/spindles for a pendant. I have a “recycle” category on my blog because I was getting asked questions about how to reuse old cassettes, CDDs, DVDs etc…  I used Chrome to automatically translate from German to English. DIY Pyramid Wristlet Tutorial from A Splendid Assemblage here. I like this tutorial because the instructions are so clear and you could use a lighter fabric with a stiff interfacing (like from Pellon) and also easily adjust it to be bigger or smaller. The bag pictured is made out of a thick faux leather and I can tell you from experience you need to use the right needle on your sewing machine for this fabric (or any fabric) or you will be looking at lots of broken needles. *Dina of A Splendid Assemblage added this: This tutorial is for personal use only.
