DIY Two Ingredient Low(ish) Calorie Pumpkin and Cake Mix Muffins Recipe from Lipstick Blogger here.  If you read my blog you know I am a lazy baker. I make almost every recipe I post and the cake version of this was really good for satisfying a sweet tooth.I posted a two to four ingredient Recipes Roundup here (#7 being the exact same as this but in cake form with a cider glaze).

truebluemeandyou: 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cake posted months and months ago. Just made this a second time with white cake mix. Not gourmet, but really really good (and if you are out of eggs, oil etc… you are set because everyone around here has pumpkin!). 2 Ingredients Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze from The Big Red Kitchen. It may not be pretty enough to go on the featured food board/tag, but it’s one of the easiest things to make :) *note: tried this tonight (because everyone who lives in this area has pumpkin and cake mix in their kitchen!) and it was delicious.  Ingredients: One Cake mix and 1 -15 ounce can 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
