DIY Crystal Drop Ombre Necklace Tutorial from High on DIY here. This is really cheap to make (especially if you use coupons). I always look at the supply lists for DIYs to see how expensive a DIY is - I will buy something rather than make it unless I can make it better and cheaper myself. This necklace uses rougly $3.50 in acrylic beads which are linked to Hobby Lobby. They are also painted with acrylic paint but you could use experiment with nail polish and other finishes.
