No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies  (or Gorilla Poop). I am posting this because my brother used to make them all the time and to this day my mother goes on about how he used to bake all the time! They are delicious cookies, but no mom, this does count as baking. From Let’s Gather in the Kitchen tutorial here.

Boil for 1 minute:2 cups sugar4 TBSP cocoa1 stick butter (almost melted)1/2 cup milkAdd:1 cup peanut butter1 TBSP Vanilla3-4 cups oatmeal
turn off heatstir all together- wait a few minutes so it hardens a little and plop spoonfuls on pan lined with wax paper- let cool so they get hard.
