DIY Necktie Skirt Tutorial from handmade mess here. I don’t post a lot of tie projects because I tend not to like projects where the ties are just sewn together and look like… ties. I like this skirt precisely because she did not keep the pointy ends of the ties and she has diagrams for different ways to lay out the ties. DIY Necktie Obi Belt Video Tutorial from Mark Montano’s Big-Ass Blog here. I rarely post necktie crafts unless I really like them, like this obi type belt that takes two ties and some plain fabric. I watched the short video and this is such an easy project do to if you have a sewing machine.
