DIY Moroccan Inspired Hurricane Lanterns. Posted already on Tumblr, BUT THIS IS AN UPDATE about paint used, tips and links to Home Depot decorative aluminum sheeting. From Urban Comfort here. Oh, and one interesting note by the author about his tutorial in published in Family Circle here: The only note I want to make - the magazine took a little creative license with photography. Use these hurricanes with votive candles housed in glass or with the candle on a small plate.  Yes, I’d say that last note is quite important. I am loving anything with those fake LED tea lights in them at this point.
