DIY Top Ten Free Printables from The Wedding Chicks here. These printables are really fun because you get to choose from so many colors for each element. At Michaels you can buy (on sale) thick cardstock cards and envelopes really cheaply that you could run through the printer to make really nice stationary. *First seen at Crafting Rebellion here. prettylittlepieces: DIY Monogrammed Bag Truebluemeandyou: Such a clever idea using a wood burner if it works! I would practice before using this technique (that I haven’t tried but want to!) on something expensive. This automatically makes this bag look so much more expensive.

DIY Altered Book Monogram. I normally don’t post things that require a band saw, but loved this project. Lots of people are using Reader’s Digest Condensed Versions of books because they are everywhere, at thrift stores and thick with good covers. Tutorial from Ashbee Designs here. *Also, if you feel guilty defacing books, I asked my mom what The League of Women Voters did with their books that didn’t sell after their huge annual book sale here.
