DIY Customizable Iphone Magnets. I got that question earlier about what quirky or geeky gifts I could think of and this would be perfect. Tutorial and free download from Infarrantly Creative here. Other ways to give magnets as gifts: glue washers to the bottom of a tin. Lots of suggestion in tutorial about what to do if you cannot find square magnets. I’ve tried the magnet sheets (which aren’t mentioned here) and am NOT a fan of them - to weak to hold much. Free download opens as a .doc and I opened it in OpenOffice.org
Why I Have a Tumblr Blog
My blog is my own personal catalog of DIY crafts that I love and would do myself. I strive to find fresh and unique DIY crafts from around the world from big and small blogs. I try and post projects that will not turn out to be "homemade ugly" or waste my readers' money. I ALWAYS link back to original sources and credit/links are always given on my blog. I will not reblog anything on Tumblr that doesn't have an original source.
