truebluemeandyou: Rock Paper Scissors. Reblogging and I didn’t even post this originally because I think the DIY idea of using an altoids’ tin, real rock, real paper pad, and real scissors is so great. My significant other said it would make a good graduation gift. You can buy the print here.

Truebluemeandyou: DIY Idea. How cool would this be in real life using an altoids’ tin, rock. paper, scissors and then on the outside the caption?

DIY Inspiration: Sander Lucus’ Fork and Plate Candleholder. $37 for sale at Bijzonder Mooi here. First seen on inspiration & realisation’s FB page and I agree with her comment that said basically this is one of those possible DIY projects that looks really easy but may not be and also using cheap forks that bend easily would make it easier.

DIY Roundup of Everything Pantone from inspiration & realisation here. Lots of great DIYs, inspiration, links, etc… And yes, like Donatella, I am not a fan of Pantone’s color of the year: EMERALD. I have a theory that we love and decorate with colors we look good in. I look horrible in emerald.

This is another great quote from James Victore. I’m sure he wasn’t the first to say it, but he used it in a recent video and I loved it. If you wait until you’re ready you’ll never start!
I drew a couple other James Victore quotes:• Jobs don’t love you.• 1. Freak out. 2. Jump!
Prints & more available at Society6! / Daily Drawing #1191.
PS: Free shipping worldwide through the weekend at my Society6 store!

Truebluemeandyou: People ask what blogs I look at on Tumblr. This is one I absolutely love for graphics, typography, political illustrations, current quotes, hand drawn lettering etc… If you haven’t already heard about Chris Piascik, you will soon. *Check out his “Here Comes Money Boo Boo” illustration.

DIY Weekly Inspiration Links from inspiration & realisation here. Some of the links:  DIY Tennis Ball Chair and other DIYs from Designer and architect, Wholman. There are also two very doable key rings: one in felt or fabric (think of using fabric stiffeners like Small Good Thing’s book marks here), and one in wire, and gorgeous hand painted collar at the link.
