Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods (the brand that makes lots of flours, gluten free mixes etc…) even sells potato starch at our super discount store. This also may be really good for fancy dress because of the colors you could use for an allover face powder.

Truebluemeandyou: Really good tutorial. You know those skull plates (I’ve seen people commenting/asking how to do them) - the ones with the skulls in the middle and traditional china designs around the rim? You could easily to that using this technique.
