As Gloriously Chic mentions you can buy clear plastic from huge rolls at the fabric store. DIY Fimo Air Light Clay Rosette Bracelet Tutorial from Gloriously Chic here. Gloriously Chic lists three rose making tutorials for how she formed the rosettes (by hand - not using a mold). I was also really intigued that she used Fimo Air Light Clay that doesn’t require baking. In the comments she wrote that the clay is pretty sturdy. She also got the sheen on the roses from using nail polish.
