DIY NO BAKE Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars Recipe from Top With Cinnamon here. I only post easy recipes that I will actually make because I am lazy and busy. I actually have everything in my kitchen to bake these.

DIY Easy Old Fashioned Cream Soda Recipe from Transient Expression here. Is it a record breaking 94+ degrees out where you live today like it is here? This recipe requires no hard to get or expensive ingredients (and you could probably cheat and use vanilla extract instead of a vanilla bean). 
If you don’t have a candy thermometer this is a handy chart for temperatures from about.com here:
Thread Stage - begins at 230 degrees F. - Makes a long thread when dropped in cold water.
Soft Ball - 234 degrees F. - Forms a soft ball that doesn’t hold its shape. Cream candies, fudge, fondants are done at the soft ball stage. (truebluemeandyou: you can drop the liquid into a cup of water to see if it looks like a ball and how it holds together - this is true for the all the “ball” stages)
Firm Ball - 246 degrees F. - This ball will only flatten with pressure. Divinity and Caramels. 
Hard Ball - 250 degrees F. - This ball will hold its shape when pressed. Taffy.
Soft Crack - 270 degrees F. - Separates into bendable threads. Toffee and Butterscotch.
Hard Crack - 300 degrees F. - Becomes brittle. Peanut Brittle.
Caramelize - 310 degrees F. - Sugar turns dark.

DIY Easy Faux Croquembouche Made Out of Donut Holes Tutorial from Oh Happy Day here. No baking just toothpicking 250 donut holes to a large styrofoam cone. My one suggestion would be to cover the styrofoam with something like wax paper so you aren’t eating bits of styrofoam with your donut holes.

DIY Deco Roll Filled with White Chocolate Ganache with Strawberries Tutorial and Templates from Dulce Delight here. She has an excellent (and entertaining) video showing you how easy it is to make these rolls and tips and tricks for making it actually look like the photo. You can make any shape you can imagine - hearts, bunnies, cats, anything.

“For my pinkish heart pattern I used raspberry syrup to dye the batter and cocoa powder to make the cake chocolaty, the filling itself is extra simple and only requires 3 ingredients, in fact, this entire cake roll only requires 7 ingredients and if you want to make a plain cake it only requires 6, can you believe that?”
