DIY Foam Dipped in Concrete Star Tutorial from gedane here. This is such a clever idea for getting the look of concrete that’s lightweight and an alternative to casting something in concrete: use dense foam and dip in slushy consistency concrete. For more details go to the link. You could do any size you wanted, even tiny to hang on a pendant (just sand the back) *I used Chrome to automatically translate this tutorial from French to English.
