*Another way to get a similar look is to use plastic you can by on rolls from the fabric store and wedge the feathers in that way to make clutches, wallets, and ID holders. I’ve done this with feathers, glitter, frayed ribbon, tissue paper, ticket stubs etc… on literally thousands of clutches that I’ve sold in the past.
