DIY White Soft Ruffle Scarf. I have debated whether to post this or not because I am not a great sewer. Because I am a ruffle-holic I decided to look over the instructions again at mama says sew here and decided I could do it. It’s luxurious and expensive looking and that makes it worth doing - because face it - you could pick up a nice ruffle scarf at Target for $15 so why bother making one like it (and there are tutorials out there for cheaper ruffle-like scarves that fit that description)? Because I’m lazy, I would probably skip the flowers and beading (but that’s just me). I just hope it turns out looking like the one in the photograph!
