DIY Reverse Stencil Dresser. I find it almost impossible to paint over wood, but this is beautifully done. Tutorial also good because she lists resources: where she inexpensively bought stock images for the decals, and the decals themselves. Tutorial at Musings Flor’s Blog on Design here.
