truebluemeandyou: Natasha’s Baby Doll Coat Rack
Natasha’s Baby Doll Coat Rack. Where on earth did I find this? Tutorial At Design Sponge (no!) here. Part of Design Sponges 2008 DIY Contest where this was deemed one of the more “controversial pieces”. Hmmmmmm… wonder why? Description of this DIY:
Natasha’s quirky coat rack made out of doll baby parts was inspired by an episode of “Dexter“. Using a $2 thrift store doll, Natasha took apart the pieces and mounted them onto a piece of wood that she sanded and painted.
I’m used to having tutorials where plastic toys are maimed, painted, sawed through, drilled, etc… This is nothing new to me…
Lanvin store windows at their store in Paris. Seen at Trendland here. I find these photos a tad creepy after watching (FINALLY) last season’s Dexter with the Doomsday Killer last night. Anyone else know what I’m talking about?

Love her web site which has amazing Halloween everything on it. Love these pumpkins that are simple but get the point (fang?) across.
