DIY No Bake Marshmallow/Oreo Cookies or Lumps of Coal for Naughty People. I posted the recipe for the “coal” on the RIGHT here, but for those of you who want to do this and don’t want to mess around with egg white substitutes and black gel/paste food coloring, the recipe on the LEFT is much easier. Stop! Cookies ‘n Cream Fudge. From Shugary Sweets. Recipe here. I almost didn’t post this because the photo doesn’t do justice to this fudge and people will scroll right past it! This fudge is wonderful but I also love white chocolate. I’ve made it several times and it disappears really quickly! So I think it’s safe to say my family likes it and it comes from a site that also feataures Cookie ‘n Cream Pretzel Fudge - so they know their stuff. Are we the only country on earth to have Marshmallow Fluff?
Ingredients
3 cup white chocolate morsels20 Oreo cookies, crushed
7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp clear vanilla extract
Melt chocolate with milk and marshmallow cream. Stir continuously until smooth. Quickly stir in vanilla. Fold in crushed cookies. Pour in a foil lined 13x9 baking pan. Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Cut into bite size pieces. Serve and enjoy. Store in refrigerator for best flavor!
