skillzmcfly: I found a cool Chrome extension that creates a color pallet out of any picture online! This is going to be fun to use. I find I’m drawn to things that have certain colors in them but when I try to make something, I can’t remember which combinations I liked the best. Click through to get it too! Truebluemeandyou: Really cool extension. Works like search by image by google extension (my absolute favorite) where you right click on an image. It creates 16, 24, 32 and then custom (up to 64) color swatches from the image you’ve clicked on. Thanks for posting this!

Ombre Bench from Anthropologie. Spotted at Design Sponge here. Grace from Design Sponge writes: This bench from Anthropologie has been lacquered with an ombré finish, but the first thing I thought when I saw it was: thrift store paint project! I’m definitely going to try to find a similar chair this week and try to mimic this look on my own. I’m sure it’s significantly more difficult than I think, but I’m going to see what I can do with my own two hands. If you’ve got $1500 burning a hole in your pocket, you can pick up this gorgeous blue bench right here. If not, I’ll keep you up to date on my ombre experiment…xo, grace

DIY Temporary Hair Dye using Crayola Tropical Washable Markers. For Blonds Only!At Pull Teeth here. Great tutorial Video, advice and everything. What Andrew says (that make total sense): So many fashion editorials and even shows are featuring colored hair lately but it’s such an extreme thing to commit to. That’s why I love this process, simply because of how temporary it is. I know for myself, picking just one color would be an impossibly hard decision. So, if you’re blonde like me and want to experiment with hair color, try this out!
