DIY Easy Beaded Colllar and Cuffs Tutorial from Anmutig Blog here. Chrome translated this for me from German to English, but the photos at the post are sufficient. About washing - hand wash or wash on delicate in a bag meant for delicates. If you use beads that aren’t glass the coating will rub off - been there done that.
