DIY Cutting Board Chalkboard. Lots of old, beat up wooden cutting boards out there. You could use lots of different color chalkboard paints and it moveable. Like the idea of this better than a lot of chalkboard ideas. From Family Chic here.

DIY Mini Chalkboards. Another project I may not usually post, but I’m thinking of the holidays and gifts I can’t find in stores. Ideas: name cards, foods at buffet, notes, etc… Found at Happy Clippings here. She estimated her cost was $0.31 per mini chalkboard (not counting glue and paint).
