DIY Inspired Cat Face Stenciled Tee Shirt Tutorial from Minted Strawberry here. She used freezer paper for stenciling the face but you could also use contact paper. The easiest free program I found for making GIFs from YouTube videos is gifsoup.com (only drawback the watermark). I’ve mentioned that I also use picasion.com and makeagif.com (which I prefer) for making GIFs from photos.
