DIY Inspiration: Bird Applique on the Back of a blouse or sweater. You could use tee shirt transfer paper to do a quick and dirty DIY of this. I couldn’t find where to buy this - not even on my go-to site wheretoget.it (where you can post what a celebrity is wearing or just clothes you see online and have people help you find where to buy them).
Not a DIY but so beautiful. Posted today on Geninne’s Art Blog here. AROUND THE WORLD, Collage, watercolor & acrylic ink on Fabriano paper. 9” x12”
truebluemeandyou: DIY Bird Silhouette. I mentioned in this post that I love making unconventional silhouettes and had made one of my pet cockatoo. I posted this in May of 2011 and would probably change the bottom. Super easy to do in Photoshop or other free editing software programs like GIMP on the web. *This is also the cockatoo that helped me demonstrate the truth of the graphic image “Bad Decisions Make Great Stories” here.
To prove that I love making silhouettes - my Cockatoo Caesar!
PLAYGYM 8.0 : Playgym of Awesomeness for the birds - been working on this for a week or so. It’s still not done. Gotta wraps few more of the perches so they’ll have a foothold 😁 #pet #bird #playgym #toys #diy #homemade #conure #cockatiel #diptic (Taken with instagram)
Truebluemeandyou: I have a cockatoo so this appeals to me (also have had cockatiels and a conure).
