truebluemeandyou: DIY Bird Silhouette. I mentioned in this post that I love making unconventional silhouettes and had made one of my pet cockatoo. I posted this in May of 2011 and would probably change the bottom. Super easy to do in Photoshop or other free editing software programs like GIMP on the web. *This is also the cockatoo that helped me demonstrate the truth of the graphic image “Bad Decisions Make Great Stories” here. To prove that I love making silhouettes - my Cockatoo Caesar!

DIY Felt Bird Cage Ornament. You may know that I have a very very loud cockatoo. So this ornament reminds me of him. Tutorial from Zakka Life here. It’s so tiny I can see it as a brooch or something else. I would love to receive something like this as a gift - so much better than a meaningless something that I’ll never use.
