Ok so I tried this (I’m drinking my frappucino as I write this haha) and this is what I changed:
- I didn’t use the xanthan gum, not quite the same result -it separated- but stil awesome flavour.
- I used chocolate instead of cofee -I actually don’t like cofee!-, I just dissolved some cocoa (1 tbsp.) in hot water (3/4 cup).
- Don’t drink it with a straw if you didn’t use the xantham gum! You’ll end up with a bunch of ice at the bottom of your mug hahaha
