rainbowsandunicornscrafts: DIY Beeswax Candle Tutorial from Oh Happy Day here. So easy a five year old (or under) can do this. How do I know? I’ve done it with little kids and it’s so easy and a gift kids can say they’ve made by all by themselves. I’ve never used the candles, but wrapped them in gold ribbon and kept them as decorations. Truebluemeandyou: This is one of the homemade gifts I’ve mentioned in the past. SO EASY. Also,  I’ve made flannel shoe bags and filled them with Small Good Things pretty deodorizer sachets, wire bound homemade journals with pretty paper covered cardboard covers and acid free paper inside (get wire binding done at copy stores cheaply), paper white bulbs in thrifted tall glass containers (just need pebbles and water to start them in the bottom - no dirt), and on and on…

Etsy Pure Beeswax Vintage Inspired Toy Parade Ornaments. Gorgeous. Set of 3/$11.20. The thing about Etsy and selling your crafts is that you have to take it up so many notches to be sellable - something I know from first hand experience. Your crafts have to be perfect: No seams, no unclipped threads, no ragged ribbons etc… The reason I mention this is that if I post tutorials on candlemaking, I don’t expect them to come out as perfectly as these.
