truebluemeandyou: You download the really high res images on Flickr. If you don’t have a photo editing program use Picassa to make a collage. For gifts break this set into groups of two or three, have them printed cheaply at Costco, and frame or glue on to cheap canvases for a child’s bedroom. Or just get a poster print (thinner paper = cheaper print) and frame.

DIY Photo Collages. Winter Wonderland created using Flickr alphabet letter from Leo Reynolds (find the letters and numbers here). Also, another huge group on Fickr: the One Letter Group here. Use Picassa to collage all the letters together. Wait for a poster sale (like the 40% off posters from CVS), frame it in an inexpensive frame and you have a cheap but thoughtful gift.

I made a pink themed “Nettie Est. 1995”, 1995 being her birth year here. She uses it as her screensaver and loves it.
