DIY Jewelry Inspiration. Alice in Wonderland Kilt pin from Amazon here (sold out but on my wish list, also seen at Polyvore). You can buy 2 3” “skirt pins” at Joanns for around $2 here. Get the charms online or search the local crafts’ stores - but they shouldn’t be hard to find. Since I don’t want to solder little rings to the pin, I’d use jump rings and either glue them to the pin neatly or let them dangle.
