DIY Easy Strawberry Rhubarb Mason Jar Mini Pie Tutorial and Recipe from Free People here. This uses store bought crust (I really like Pillsbury pie crust - the one in the refridgerated section). DIY Tiny Can Cakes Tutorial from Lana Red here. Cute tutorial using cans to bake tiny cakes with jam. It looks like she fondant frosting (the type you roll out), but you could use any frosting and filling between the layers you want. *Tips: I have baked and decorated a lot of cakes so check a can cake frequently with a knife to make sure you don’t overcook it. Also you can use dental floss to slice layers of cake to frost.

DIY Speckled Egg Cake Tutorial from The Cake Blog here. Not as hard as it looks - you can buy large candy eggs and the splatter “paint” is vanilla extract and cocoa powder. After taking cake decorating classes I can tell you the key to smooth frosting is the initial “crumb coat” of frosting. The next layer of frosting can be smoothed out with a hot knife.
