DIY Giant Cross Stitch. Tutorial by Readymade here.  A fast and inexpensive project. You don’t have to labor for hours or years (as someone I know did for cushions) doing cross stitch - don’t get me wrong - I love cross stitch! This is basically what you do according to Readymade: Enlarge your favorite cross-stitch pattern by drawing a grid on canvas, stretching the fabric over a frame, and cross-stitching with yarn and an upholstery needle.  The questions I ask myself. Big Bang for your buck? check. Inexpensive? Yes, for the outcome. Can you make it your own? Definitely. Is it doable? Absolutely.
