Create this cute shirt using Elmer’s Blue Gel Glue (it must be the blue gel, white won’t work), RIT dye and a white cotton shirt/dress/tank/tee etc… You could write your favorite saying, doodle, whatever. Also pick a color you like. Great Idea.
