DIY Easy Lots of Bows Scarf Tutorial from Ruffles & Stuff here. A child’s scarf takes two Dollar Store Scarves and this DIY is so much easier than it looks. For an adult sized scarf she recommends using three scarves, or using fleece and cutting it to two times your finished length.
