DIY Necktie Skirt Tutorial from handmade mess here. I don’t post a lot of tie projects because I tend not to like projects where the ties are just sewn together and look like… ties. I like this skirt precisely because she did not keep the pointy ends of the ties and she has diagrams for different ways to lay out the ties.
