DIY Galaxy Fabric Tutorial from Tally’s Treasury here. This is the best tutorial I’ve seen for making galaxy fabric (and I know I’ve said this before). It may not have the fanciest photos, but the tips and all the techniques make it a must read for me for creating galaxy fabric. Bleach, paint, tooth brushes, sponge brushes, and spray paint are used.
