DIY Beyond Easy $1.50 Ball Chain Bracelet Tutorial from Bettina’s Blog here. *I use ball chain for most of my jewelry because it doesn’t distract from my pendants (sterling silver cast antique keys) and it’s sturdier than other more delicate chains. Ball chain can be high end in sterling or low end colorful metal hardware chain by the inch. Another hint: go to an Army Surplus Store where they often have blank metal dog tags with a machine to print names/quotes etc… They charge by the letter so you can pair a customized dog tag with a cheap ball chain.
