truebluemeandyou: Cereal bag Notes, Cards, Ornaments etc… Love this as an alternative to vellum that I just mentioned in a reblogged post here. Of course there are times you want to use beautiful vellum :) DIY Hanging Hearts Ornaments or for Valentine’s Day. These are made out of cereal bags with notes inside and machine stitched - I like the delicate transparency that can’t be achieved with fabric without a stiffiner. From personal experience frayed ribbon, some silver sequins, old fashioned script etc… looks best. You could even line the entire heart/whatever shape you want with different paper.
