Great idea! I have an amazing bead collection because I used to do wire and barb wired bead sculptures in grids. But I was too busy and too sick to get them out of the basement this holiday season. I really like the idea of brass (or copper). I’d also use amber in there somewhere (and you can buy these great filigree bead caps to go on either side of a bead). The problem is the long tube beads. I was only looking for silver and Michaels was running low on everything and I didn’t have time to order anything. Michaels had really cool copper skinny tube beads, but then they were out of the copper spacer beads. Actually, the cord I used ended up coming from JoAnn’s because Michaels was wiped out.
