DIY Cut Out Shirt. Pretty easy tutorial. Cut out part of top and line with tulle frabric. You are cutting above the bra line so it isn’t as if you are totally exposed. Tutorial from A Matter of Style here. *Also tulle is super cheap and comes in every color under the sun.
