DIY Shredded Tee. Tutorial by Childhood Flames back in Oct. 2008 here. Either posted as text on a defunct blog (really cool, 3 pages of edgy DIY http://asviviennesays.tumblr.com) or as a photo with no source on another. But this is the best one I’ve seen, explaining how to do it better than some of the others with a good video.
